The EASY Plan Details

All plans include:

A. 1:1 Intake & Strategy Session

One 45 minute recorded call that assesses your needs from top to bottom – so we can create a unique money system which fits your needs.  By the end of the call, l you’ll know where to start and what type of software or system you should choose!

B. Personalized Training Component 

No cookie cutter solutions here. A series of personalized video tutorials will be created for you that you can refer back to at any time. Your system, your training, specifically in the areas where you need the help.

C. Private Facebook Group

You’re not in this alone!  That’s why you’ll have continuous support through a community of other like-minded entrepreneurs who are committed to managing their finances successfully.

Have a question?  Post it in the Facebook group. I’ll be there to provide all the answers you need to make sure your system doesn’t just survive… it thrives! Oh, and this comes at no additional cost for the whole first year!


Option #1 

The “Consult” EASY Plan $499 (plus GST/HST if applicable):

This option is perfect for you if you have started using your money tracking software/system but need someone to give you an in-depth review of:

1. Your current setup and suggest any changes that would help automate & save time/money

2. Fix/adjust any issues as needed

3. Review and suggest any software add-ons and integrations

4. How to make things flow in a manner that you can handle the system yourself going forward

  • Includes up to 3 hours of customized training/systems set up along with the initial 45 minute 1:1 zoom meeting to review your systems and needs.
  • Does not include any software, data entry, reconciling or entering of transactions. We have add-ons for this if you need it.
  • Does not include any check-ins or email support after the initial review period (usually 1-2 weeks). This can be purchased as an optional extra if you find you need it at a later date.

Option #2  

The “Business” EASY Plan $949:

This is for you if you are starting from scratch with a new money tracking system or if what you’ve been using isn’t working or you just aren’t using it. This 3-month package includes:

  • 1:1 Intake & Strategy Session 
  • One 60 minute call or two 30 minute calls that will assess your needs from top to bottom and create a unique money system to fit your needs.
  • By the end of the call, you will know where to start and what type of software or system you should choose. This is in addition to the 45 minute 1:1 that is included in all the packages.

    A total of at least 1.75 hrs of 1:1 set-up time so we make sure we set up the perfect system for your business and needs.


  • Basic Set Up of your new accounting system (does not include the software but we have an add-on if you need it). 
  • Support by phone and email as needed (yes as much as you like – truly!) for initial monthly set up and going forwards throughout the next 2 months as needed. No extra fees here!
  • Monthly Check In with you (for 3 months) and your bookkeeping system to make sure things are running smoothly and to catch any issues before they start. 
  • This can be 1:1 zoom meetings, email or phone calls. We are happy to communicate with you in the way that fits the way you work.
  • Price The fee for the 3-month EASY package is $949 (plus GST/HST if applicable) if paid in one payment
  • Payment option: 2 equal payments 30 days apart of $599.50 (plus GST/HST if applicable)

No ongoing costs making this a cash flow friendly option for those just starting out or in the early growth stage of their business.

NOTE: This package DOES NOT include entry of past data other than transferring starting balances.

EASY Package Custom Add-Ons

(Add-on options to your package if we determine they will be a good fit for your money tracking system)

Hubdoc 3 month Subscription $75  

This gets you 3 months of service then we hand the billing over to you.

Normal monthly cost is $25 CAD/month.

Clean Up/Catch Up Retainer $250/$500

You planned to keep everything up to date but it got away from you or perhaps your business is hair straight back all of a sudden.

Don’t worry we have your back!

Data Entry & Bookkeeping catch up work is completed using a retainer system that starts at $250 or $500 depending on your needs.

The hourly rate for bookkeeping work is $65/hr and any admin work is $30/hr

Annual Support & Accountability Package

$149 monthly/$1600 paid annually

You don’t want to lose the momentum we’ve created together and know you’ll need some help along the way as you progress.

You want to make sure you keep up with your system and have it looked over on a monthly basis to catch any sidesteps or mistakes as they happen instead of waiting until tax time AGAIN!
