What “from $399” covers: up to 2 bank accounts, 1 credit card, 1 payment processor (like Stripe or Square) and up to 150 transactions a month. More accounts or more than one currency? Mid-complexity books start at $499/month — we’ll confirm your price after a quick look.
Add-ons: GST/HST filing ($25/month), payroll, app integrations, year-end and tax returns.
You still: pay your own bills and send your own invoices. We take care of the rest.
How getting started works
1. Free video call
15 minutes to talk through your business, your software and what’s been piling up.
2. Setup
We set up or tidy your accounting software, connect your bank feeds and apps, and bring in your opening balances. A one-time onboarding fee of $300 + GST when you join.
3. Your monthly rhythm
You forward receipts and keep running the business. We reconcile, report and keep you on track — every month.

Is accounting software included?
Software is separate from our fee. We work in Xero (we’re a Xero Gold Partner) and QuickBooks Online, and we’ll recommend what suits your business.
I’m behind. Can I still start?
Yes — that’s most people. We’ll catch up the months you’re missing first (priced per month of catch-up), then move you onto your monthly rhythm.
What if my business grows?
Your price follows your accounts and transaction volume, so it only changes when your books do — and we’ll tell you before it does. If you want cash flow planning and strategy as well, that’s CEO+.
