I can’t rave enough about how 17 Hats has changed my world. I use it to onboard all my clients, handle all my leads and I also use it to manage my team onboarding as well. Scheduling and time booking… What do you use? I love Acuity because it allows me to create packages with blocks of time to sell to my clients, has the ability to integrate with my google calendar and zoom and allows me to have all of my clients complete an intake questionnaire when booking time. Saves time for me all over the place! Acuity offers a free trial and really budget friendly pricing.
I finally made the move to a “proper” email management software and chose Active Campaign for a variety of reason including it’s amazing (and easy) ability to create seamless email funnels and sequences based on specific actions by my readers. The tagging is excellent and the templates are beautiful. All around a great product, at a great price, with awesome support. What more can you ask for?
A new tool that I have started using with my team is Hubstaff. Although I started my hiring using Upwork I now do much of my hiring outside of a “portal” and need some way for for my remote workers to track their time. Hubstaff allows me to create my invoices efficiently and my team to get paid quickly and easily. Low fees and a great service.
